Cordial has integrated its adaptive messaging platform with seven channel partners to bring its machine-learning marketing technology to new users and use cases.
The San Diego-based company unveiled partnerships with 250ok, Digioh, Liveclicker, LiveIntent, Onespot, Sparkpost, and Urban Airship. Cordial clients will benefit from the greater ability to scale marketing campaigns across channels, while customers of the seven partner companies will be able to utilize Cordial’s machine-learning technology to power more personalized experiences.
Founded in 2014, Cordial is a messaging automation platform that combines real-time behavioral data and machine learning to optimize marketing messages. Cordial’s customers include Branded Online, Daily Insights Group, SPY Optic, and La Quinta Inns and Suites.
Email is a constant in Cordial’s list of new business partnerships. 250ok provides insights on email deliverability and sender reputation, Digioh collects email addresses from website visitors, Liveclicker ensures email messages are dynamic and populate at the time of open, LiveIntent aids with email personalization, OneSpot allows marketers to incorporate product recommendations into their email templates, Sparkpost helps with email infrastructure and deliverability, and Urban Airship extends Cordial’s capabilities to the mobile realm as well.
Cordial and Urban Airship bring their email and mobile capabilities together, says Mike Musson, senior vice president of strategy and business development at Urban Airship. “Cordial’s innovations in email orchestration are an ideal fit for our Digital Growth Platform, which enables marketers to reach customers with one-to-one adaptive notifications across apps, websites, mobile wallets and any other digital channel.”
Cordial most recently announced that the company had raised $6 million in a Series A funding round earlier this year.
